55NiCrMoV7 is belongs to Alloy tool steel under the Chinese standard of GB/T 1299-2000 , it mainly add the chromium, molybdenum, tungsten, vanadium and other alloying elements to improve the harden ability and toughness in carbon tool steel , wear resistance and heat resistance of steel. It is mainly used in the manufacture of measuring tools , shock resistant and cold and hot mold and some special purpose tools.such as leveraged, rocker shaft, shaft, balance, connecting rod, bolts, nuts, and all kinds of roller gear, etc

The delivery condition 55NiCrMoV7 round bars are:hot rolled or forged + Normalizing+Tempering+Quenching and tempering+Normalizing and tempering+Annealing .
