3Cr13 steel round bar is divided into hot rolled round bars and forged round bars. 3Cr13 and AISI 420S45, JIS SUS420J2 is the same material. So 3Cr13 steel round bar is also called AISI 420S45/JIS SUS420J2 steel round bar.
3Cr13 is Martensitic type stainless steel, under the standard of GB/T1220-1992,and new standard GB/T 1220-2007 30Cr13
3Cr13 mechanical processing performance is good, after heat treatment (quenching tempering), it has excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance, it is suitable for manufacturing some plastic mold parts which can understand high load, high wear resistance and corrosion medium .3Cr13 round bars are mainly used as Rj, nozzle, valve seat, valve, etc.

The delivery condition 3Cr13 round bar are:hot rolled or forged + Normalizing+Tempering+Quenching and tempering+Normalizing and tempering+Annealing .
The size for 3Cr13 round bar which are available for our bebon steel are Ф 5-80 for hot rolled round bar and Ф 80-1200 for forged round bar ,the length range is from 3000 to 12000mm.
The tolerance of the diameter is -0/+3mm ,The tolerance of the length is -0/+20mm.and the straightness tolerance is ≤3mm/m surface delivery status: black/polishing/turning
The UT standard what we can do are Chinese standard of GB/T 6402 I.II,III and export standard SEP1921 CLASS C/C，D/D，E/E.
