20 steel round bar is slightly higher than 15 steel, rarely quenched, no temper brittleness. 20 steel round bar cold deformation plasticity is high, generally for bending, rolling, flanging and hammer processing, such as arch arc welding and resistance welding good welding performance, welding when the thickness is small, strict shape or complex shape parts prone to crack. Cutting processing cold drawing or positive fire condition is better than annealing, which is generally used to produce less stress and high toughness.
