50Mn2V steel round bar Rolling process

The main production process of 50Mn2V steel round bar is converter smelting-continuous casting-rolling. Relative to the 50Mn2V steel round bar carbon content is still higher, this needs to be in the smelting-continuous casting to prevent crack fracture production, in the rolling process to be reasonable in the deformation resistance to the range of rolling.

The deformation resistance of 50Mn2V steel round bar is large, considering the factors of reducing deformation resistance and not producing too much oxide, the temperature control in the 1150〜1200°c is in the 980〜1030°c, the temperature of finishing mill is controlled in 840〜890°c, and the coiling temperature is controlled in 600〜650°c.
