65Mn steel round bar Characteristics and scope of application:

After heat treatment and cold drawing hardening, the strength of 65Mn steel round bar is high, and 65Mn steel round bar has some toughness and plasticity. The fatigue limit is equivalent to the alloy spring in the same surface condition and full quenching. However, the hardenability is poor, and 65Mn steel round bar is mainly used for smaller size springs, such as adjustable speed regulating spring, measuring force spring, general mechanical circle, square spiral spring or drawing wire for small mechanical springs.
