GB / T3077 20CrMnMo alloy structure steel round bar is a high strength of advanced carburizing steel, higher strength than 15CrMnMo, hardenability and mechanical properties than 20CrMnTi high. 20CrMnMo alloy structure steel round bar low quenching after tempering has good mechanical properties and low temperature impact toughness.
20CrMnMo alloy structure steel round bar is usually used in the manufacture of high hardness, high strength, high toughness, greater importance carburized parts (which are higher than the requirements 15CrMnMo), such as crankshafts, camshafts, connecting rods, may also be used instead of 12Cr2Ni4

Heat Treatment:
Quenching temperature (℃): 850; Coolant: oil
Tempering heating temperature (℃): 200; coolant: water, air
